Terms & Conditions

  • All Linen hired out through Hanmer Linen Services remains property of ApparelMaster in Christchurch (our supplier).
  • All orders received BEFORE 10AM will be delivered on the next delivery day as agreed with the customer.
  • All linen hired from Hanmer Linen Services shall only be used by the customer we supply to, whether it is in their own accommodation or in accommodation managed by the customer on behalf of independent owners.
  • The customer will look after the linen and make sure that all linen remains in good order whilst in storage before use, during use, and after use until collected by Hanmer Linen Services. Any obvious damage caused by the customer may be charged to the customer. 
  • All linen delivered by Hanmer Linen Services will be invoiced at the end of the month of delivery with the monthly invoice due by the 20th of the following month.
  • Any linen received from Hanmer Linen Services that is faulty (ripped, stained, discoloured, incorrect size or type etc.) and can not be used by the customer will be credited.
  • Overdue invoices may be forwarded to a debt collection agency for recovery with debt collection costs to be added to the customers invoice.
  • These terms and conditions may change from time to time. Any changes in our terms and conditions will be advised with as much notice as possible.
